STAGE 3 – Providing you with lender and product options – then once you confirm the lender and product, 2 business days to;
STAGE 4 – Preparing an application and compliance documents – then once you sign the forms and provide all outstanding items, 2 business days to;
STAGE 5 – Submitting the application to the lender – then between 2–10 business days (this may vary depending on the lender and their service levels at the time of submission) to;
STAGE 6 – Conditional/Pre- Approval! – This is when you should make an offer/attend auction (if purchasing a property)
